My favorite workout prop for the new year is…

Is it a new set of dumbbells?

A release tool that promises to end all back pain?
No. (It doesn’t exist anyway.)

A giant machine that will become a clothes rack?
I’ll save my cash thanks.

It’s my calendar.

As in the thing that we schedule things on.

I’ll spare all of us the New Year speech and simply say the best exercise, workout or movement thing is the one you will actually do. Making an appointment with yourself is hands down the best way to stay consistent and make progress regardless of what your goals may be.
