How to get the most out of your membership

Use the filters:

Want a 10 minute alignment based gentle workout? How about a 30 minute mobilizing steady class? 45 minutes of strengthening and sweat? Use the filters to find your perfect class.

Build your playlist:

Be sure to click the heart on your favorite videos to create your custom playlist of workouts you love to do again and again. You can find all of your saved videos on My Favorite Videos page.

Class Schedule

Schedule your livestream classes:

Register each week via the calendar for the Livestream Mat Class every Wednesday at 12:15pm PST. A Zoom link to join the class will be emailed to you or you can access the class via your member account page.

Can’t make it to class? No worries. The class recording will be available in the video library 24-48 hours after class.

Schedule your special events:

Check your email inbox for special free events and workshops with me and select guest teachers! Be sure to RSVP for the Livestream Event or Workshop to receive your Zoom link. If you can’t join the livestream, a recording will be available to access for one week for guest teachers. All Workshops with Josselyn are recorded and uploaded to the video library for unlimited access.

Book a Virtual Movement Consult: 

If you need a bit more support and direction, schedule a Virtual Movement Consult. This special, personalized service is for members only and can range from movement coaching to building your home program to troubleshooting a specific issue in your home practice.

    Pilates workouts that focus on fundamentals and principles to help you find your unique and most functional alignment. 
  • Mobilize:
    Mobility focused workouts to increase range of motion and find ease in the joints and connective tissues of the body.
  • Strengthen: 
    Stabilizing and strengthening focused workouts for when you want you need to feel strong, grounded and sweaty.
  • Connect:
    Connect all the pieces. Full bodied workouts that connect the body and mind.
  • Restore:
    Restorative workouts to release, stretch and recover.


  • Gentle:
    Workouts for when you need a little TLC. Great for beginning your Pilates journey or when you need some restorative movement.
  • Steady:
    Faster paced workouts for when you want to move fully at an intermediate pace. 
  • Strong:
    In the mood for a challenge? Strong workouts that focus on building strength and endurance in the mind and body.
